Principle Accountabilities:

• You will ensure the safety and security of people, premises and property.
• Intensively manage and support hostel residents, ensuring their needs are met
• Patrolling site and reporting any issues
• CCTV Monitoring
• Ensuring all H&S policies are adhered to
• In addition to these functions employees are required to undertake such other duties as may be reasonably required
• Ensuring that no unauthorized persons are permitted in prohibited areas
• Completion of full in-depth reports of incidents and faults which may occur
• Must have a tactful, courteous and honest disposition.
• A motivated individual displaying a keen and enthusiastic disposition.

Requirements:

• Frontline Security Guarding or Door Supervision SIA license
• Enhanced DBS / Willing To Obtain Enhanced DBS
• Have the knowledge and physical ability to use fire extinguishers and other emergency equipment
• Fully comprehensive 5 year work/education history; including full company names, addresses and landline contact numbers.
• Clear communication both written and verbal
• Must be punctual and have the ability to perform under pressure when needed
• Smart, well-groomed and confident.
• A commitment to providing first class customer service is essential
• Security procedure knowledge
• Telephone/basic computer skills
• The ability to act in a decision-making capacity
