We have an exciting opportunity to join our team at the 2 AA rosette kitchen at the Ilsington Country House Hotel and Spa. A quality, family owned and run 25 bedroom, 4-star hotel with a great reputation for good food and hospitality.
Our Head Chef, Mike O’Donnell has run the kitchen for over 25 years and the suitable candidate will work alongside him to ensure that the highest of standards are met and the quality of food maintained.
This would ideally suit someone who is looking for that next step up to take more overall control and responsibility in the kitchen and work alongside a keen and talented chef.
Hours would be between approximately 48 per week, based on a five day working week.

Rosette experience or similar quality dining standard required for this position.
Located just 4 miles from the A38 (Trago Mills junction) and Bovey Tracey and 8 miles from Newton Abbot. There is no live-in accommodation available although use of a hotel bedroom may be provided short term.

Pay: £30,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
