Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of young adults? Join InFocus Charity as a Support Worker at St David’s House, where we provide bespoke care packages that encourage independence, daily living skills, and access to meaningful leisure, social, and vocational activities.
About the Role
As a Support Worker, you will:
- Provide person-centred support for young adults aged 21-36 in a fun, enriching environment.
- Help residents develop independence by supporting daily living skills and decision-making.
- Facilitate activities such as shopping trips, meals out, beach walks, and social events.
- Work as part of a close-knit team, led by a Team Leader who will provide ongoing supervision and support.
- Deliver exceptional care while encouraging young people to pursue their dreams.

About You
We are looking for caring, fun, and compassionate people who:
- Have a positive, can-do attitude and a passion for working with young adults.
- Enjoy spending time in the community and encouraging social opportunities.
- Want to help others gain confidence and live independently.
- Are looking for a rewarding career in a supportive environment.
No previous experience needed! We provide comprehensive training and a structured induction.
If you don’t already hold a Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care (or equivalent), we will fully fund and support you to gain this qualification - a requirement for the role.
Working Pattern
You’ll work 37 hours per week on a three-week rolling rota, which includes:
- Early shifts: 07:00 - 17:00
- Late shifts: 15:00 - 23:00
- Occasional weekends: 08:00 - 21:30 or 09:00 - 22:30
