About the Role

As a Support Worker, you will:

• Provide person-centred support for young adults aged 21-36 in a fun, enriching environment.
• Help residents develop independence by supporting daily living skills and decision-making.
• Facilitate activities such as shopping trips, meals out, beach walks, and social events.
• Work as part of a close-knit team, led by a Team Leader who will provide ongoing supervision and support.
• Deliver exceptional care while encouraging young people to pursue their dreams.

About You

We are looking for caring, fun, and compassionate people who:

No previous experience needed! We provide comprehensive training and a structured induction.

If you don’t already hold a Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care (or equivalent), we will fully fund and support you to gain this qualification - a requirement for the role.

Working Pattern

You’ll work 37 hours per week on a three-week rolling rota, which includes:

• Early shifts: 07:00 - 17:00
• Late shifts: 15:00 - 23:00
• Occasional weekends: 08:00 - 21:30 or 09:00 - 22:30
