Whilst fully embracing the company ethos support workers provide practical assistance and emotional support to empower people we support to achieve their goals and aspirations, respecting everyone’s individuality and enabling them to make appropriate choices to live the life they want to live.

Support is required 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

About The Service

Maesteilo is a large site with 29 acres of land. We have a mansion style house with several adjacent self-contained cottages, situated in the beautiful Welsh countryside.

At Maesteilo Mansion & Cottages - Swanton Care, we currently cater for 16 adults with varying disabilities and conditions including autistic spectrum disorder, fragile x syndrome, downs syndrome, epilepsy and pica.
