THAT WORKS is a fast-growing web agency specialising in creating high-performing Shopify stores that generate 7- and 8-figure revenues annually. Our award-winning design team is expanding, and we’re seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to help us craft exceptional e-commerce experiences.

Your Role and Impact:
- Drive Conversion Optimisation: Design engaging and high-converting e-commerce websites using Figma, directly contributing to increased sales and customer satisfaction for some of the UK’s biggest and most creative e-commerce stores.
- Innovate Design Concepts: Collaborate with the Creative Director to bring innovative and impactful design concepts to life, enhancing user experience and driving business growth.
- End-to-End Design: Work on the comprehensive design process from initial concept to final execution, managing look & feel exercises, presentations, and final designs to meet project goals.
- Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep up to date with the latest design trends and e-commerce best practices, ensuring our work remains cutting-edge and impactful.
- Foster Creative Collaboration: Actively participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions, contributing insights and ideas that drive our creative vision forward.
- Maintain Brand Integrity: Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and meet project requirements, upholding our high standards and ensuring consistent brand messaging.
What You Bring:
- Proficiency in Figma: Expertise in using Figma to create stunning visuals that enhance user engagement and drive conversions.
- E-Commerce Experience: A minimum of two years of experience in designing D2C e-commerce websites, with a strong understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) to provide valuable insights for our projects.
- Impressive Portfolio: A robust portfolio showcasing previous UI/UX design work that highlights your talent, creativity, and impact on user experiences.
- Collaboration Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, ensuring seamless cooperation with team members, developers, and clients.
- Attention to Detail: A meticulous eye for detail coupled with a proactive approach, ensuring the delivery of high-quality design work.
- Brand Design Experience: Proven experience in designing and maintaining cohesive brand identities, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.
Bonus Skills:
- Passion for E-Commerce: An interest in e-commerce and user experience, driving your commitment to creating impactful designs.
- Remote Teamwork: Ability to thrive in a remote team environment, contributing effectively from any location.
- Creative Problem-Solving: A proactive and innovative approach to design challenges, always seeking the best solutions.
