As a Wedding Coordinator/Sales professional at Beech Hill Country House, you play a pivotal role in ensuring that each wedding and event held at our venue is a seamless and unforgettable experience for our clients. This multifaceted role combines sales and event planning, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Client Relations:
- Act as the primary point of contact for couples interested in hosting their wedding or event at our venue.
- Conduct site tours to showcase the venue’s features and discuss package options.
- Provide detailed information about pricing, packages, and customizations.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by being responsive, attentive, and accommodating to their needs.
- Guide clients through the booking process, contracts, and payment procedures.
Event Planning:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and specific requirements for their event.
- Create and maintain detailed event timelines, ensuring that all aspects of the event are well-coordinated and executed flawlessly.
- Oversee the setup, execution, and breakdown of events, ensuring that all details are executed according to the client’s wishes.
- Act as the on-site coordinator during events, troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, event planning, or hospitality is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organisation and time management abilities.
- A passion for weddings and special events.
- Attention to detail and the ability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event planning software is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £25,000.00-£27,500.00 per year
