As a Wedding Coordinator/Sales professional at Beech Hill Country House, you play a pivotal role in ensuring that each wedding and event held at our venue is a seamless and unforgettable experience for our clients. This multifaceted role combines sales and event planning, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Client Relations:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for couples interested in hosting their wedding or event at our venue.
  • Conduct site tours to showcase the venue’s features and discuss package options.
  • Provide detailed information about pricing, packages, and customizations.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by being responsive, attentive, and accommodating to their needs.
  • Guide clients through the booking process, contracts, and payment procedures.

Event Planning:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and specific requirements for their event.
  • Create and maintain detailed event timelines, ensuring that all aspects of the event are well-coordinated and executed flawlessly.
  • Oversee the setup, execution, and breakdown of events, ensuring that all details are executed according to the client’s wishes.
  • Act as the on-site coordinator during events, troubleshooting any issues that may arise.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales, event planning, or hospitality is highly desirable.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organisation and time management abilities.
  • A passion for weddings and special events.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event planning software is a plus.

Pay: £25,000.00-£27,500.00 per year
