We have an exciting new vacancy for a Wedding Coordinator to join our team at the Elite Venue Selection hotel in Bromsgrove. The Bromsgrove Hotel & Spa is a 146-Bedroom hotel that is ideally situated near the M5 and M42 motorway, just on the outskirts of the town centre as well as offering regular transport links from town centre.

Your duties will include:

• Receiving and responding to wedding enquiries via phone, email, and third-party websites.
• Collecting necessary information from clients to provide accurate quotes.
• Meeting our clients, conducting show rounds and securing their booking
• Selling the hotel’s features and packages
• Managing communications with clients for both wedding enquiries and events that have booked.

The successful candidate will have knowledge of wedding and event coordinating preferably with a hotel background, have excellent communication skills with a love of weddings.
