Responsibilities

  • Consult with clients to assess their current payroll practices and identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Develop and recommend tailored global payroll strategies to meet clients’ unique needs and objectives.
  • Provide guidance on payroll compliance, tax regulations, and labor laws in multiple countries to ensure clients maintain legal and regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the organization to provide comprehensive solutions for clients, including HR, finance, and tax specialists.
  • Stay up-to-date on global payroll legislation, trends, and best practices to continuously improve service offerings and maintain industry expertise.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, workshops, and webinars on global payroll topics to educate clients and industry professionals.

Qualifications

  • PHD – Passion, Heart and Desire to build your own legacy at Deel
  • Entrepreneurial DNA (job will include high and low tasks)
  • “Just do it attitude”
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Solutions Engineer / Pre-Sales for global payroll solutions at a unicorn start-up on tech company
  • Experience and understanding in best in class HCM and ERP payroll based integration
  • Experience at a start-up or in a scrappy, fast-moving environment
  • Willingness to travel inside and outside of territory
  • Excellent communication skills in English (multilingual capability is a bonus)
