The Go-Together EdTech Accelerator:

Go-Together is a 24-week programme designed to assist EdTech startups by offering 4 weeks of diagnosis followed by 20 weeks of acceleration. Each startup will receive personalised coaching from experienced coaches, aiming to define and achieve key objectives based on their business mission and capabilities. Our goal is to foster a thriving ecosystem of EdTech innovators, ensuring startups have the resources and support needed to thrive.

Role and responsibilities

Accelerator Programme Operations & Execution

  • Assist in refining and maintaining the planning processes for cohort programmes, ensuring all administrative tasks are well organised and timelines are adhered to.
  • Assist in the daily operations of the accelerator programme, ensuring smooth execution
  • Act as a point of contact to provide Project Managers with access to data, resources and templates needed for efficient programme execution.
  • Monitor and support the implementation of operational workflows, helping to integrate best practices and lessons learned from previous cohorts.
  • Assist with Coach communication, follow-up actions and maintaining a schedule for reporting and documentation.
  • Maintain programme documentation and ensure operational efficiency across all workflows.
  • Support operations manager for refining process and conduct and collect various research

Startup Support and feedback implementation

  • Serve as a point of contact for startups, helping them navigate the accelerator programme
  • Support startups in implementing best operational practices to enhance their journey of the programme
  • Assist in gathering and analysing feedback to enhance programme effectiveness.

Requirements

Experience & Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Entrepreneurship, or a related field (Master’s or MBA is a plus) is desirable

  • Relevant experience in operations, programme management, consulting, or startup acceleration.

  • Experience in startups, accelerators, VC, hyper-growth companies (Google, Meta, Amazon, etc) is highly desirable.

  • Understanding of scaling businesses – familiar with structured business processes and startup agility.

  • Prior experience in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment with strong project management skills.

Benefits

  • Working hours: Full-time 40 hours a week.
  • Location: 22 Bishopsgate London.
  • Salary of between £45,000 and £55,000 DOE
  • Pension and Holiday entitlement
  • Contract: Permanent
