On behalf of the Cabinet Office, we are looking for a Business Analyst (Inside IR35) for a three month contract. This is a remote working role (flexibility required for travel on an as and when basis - London).

Job Purpose:
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst (BA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in analysing business processes, gathering requirements and driving the ERP implementation, customisation and optimisation. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.

As a Business Analyst, your main responsibilities will be to:

  • Gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to identify and prioritise business needs.
  • Evaluate business processes and recommend improvements.
  • Collaborate with IT teams, developers, and SMEs to ensure solutions align with business objectives.
  • Facilitate system implementation, upgrades, and integration with other enterprise applications.
  • Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and coordinate training sessions.

Essential:

  • Strong understanding of business processes across multiple industries.
  • Experience with business applications such as CRM, ERP, HR Payroll, Invoices, PO or other enterprise software.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, reporting tools, and documentation.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Desirable:

  • Experience with process automation and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA) is a plus.

Please be aware that this role can only be worked within the UK and not Overseas.
