About Us

Venneir is a fast-growing, premium brand in the cosmetic dental space, selling everything from custom retainers and whitening kits to high-performance toothpaste and oral care essentials. We operate across both B2C and B2B markets , selling directly to consumers while also working with businesses.

We are looking for a full-time, in-house Head of Growth & Marketing to take ownership of our marketing efforts. This is not a role for freelancers, agencies, or consultants --we want someone who will become an integral part of our company, drive growth, and take our brand to the next level.

This is a hands-on leadership role , where you will be expected to bring ideas, execute strategies, and take full responsibility for performance. You’ll be based at BioCity , a high-end workspace with an on-site gym, a low-cost cafeteria, and breakout spaces with games tables --an environment designed for innovation and collaboration.

What You 'll Be Responsible For

• Taking full ownership of our marketing strategy across all brands.
• Creating and executing data-driven growth plans with a clear commercial focus.
• Tracking performance and delivering weekly reports at the end of each week, outlining key wins, insights, and next steps.
• Bringing fresh ideas --we’re not here to tell you what to do, we want to hear what you can do for us.
• Understanding our brand, our customers, and our market–and building strategies that generate real results.
