Job Overview
Highly regarded company with offices in Camborne and Penzance are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Manager to oversee the daily operations and accounts function of their office.
Office Manager to run two offices . Legal / Accounts background would be advantageous
This post is for a person who is organised , can deal with things quickly and efficiently . You would report to the Directors of the Firm
- Overseeing daily operations of the practice
- Setting goals and ensuring the practice achieves its financial objectives
- Overseeing finances
- Monitoring inventory and ordering new stocks of supplies
- Managing IT systems
- Enforcing industry and health and safety regulations
- Ensuring office is opened and closed daily, as per established schedules
- Supervise and oversee the overall staff performance
- Provide training and educational material for staff
- Ensure legal obligations are met at all times
- Implementing policies, managing staff.
- Developing and implementing office policies and procedures.
- assisting the accounts department and covering when needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to £35,000.00 per year
