Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will possess strong team management skills and have a background in administrative tasks, ensuring that the office runs smoothly and efficiently. This role requires excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written, as well as proficiency in clerical duties and human resources functions.
Responsibilities
- Plans work schedules, assigns tasks and delegates responsibilities
- Advises on the handling of all correspondence and enquiries relating to accounts, sales, statistical and vacancy records
- Ensures that procedures for considering, issuing, amending and endorsing insurance policies are adhered to
- Plans, organises and co-ordinates the activities and resources of other offices not elsewhere classified including box offices, other ticket offices and accommodation bureaux
Requirements
- Proven experience in an office management or similar role.
- Strong team management skills with the ability to supervise effectively.
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in administrative tasks including clerical duties.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with human resources processes is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £35,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
