Position: Full-Time Office Manager
Location: Mortlake, London

What You 'll Be Doing:
✔ Office Operations - Overseeing the day-to-day running of the office to ensure everything is organised and efficient.
✔ Administration Management - Handling paperwork, contracts, and compliance to keep projects moving smoothly.
✔ Scheduling & Coordination - Managing team schedules, client bookings, and team logistics to ensure seamless operations.
✔ Client & Supplier Communication - Acting as the first point of contact for enquiries and maintaining strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and contractors.
✔ Process Improvement - Identifying ways to improve office systems, organisation, and workflow.
✔ Team Support - Assisting project managers, trades, and directors to ensure the office and site teams have everything they need.
What We 're Looking For:
✔ Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.
✔ Highly organised with excellent multitasking and problem-solving skills.
✔ Strong communication skills and a professional, friendly approach.
✔ Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.
✔ A positive attitude with a keen eye for detail.
✔ Experience in construction, design, or property is beneficial but not essential.
