Are you a collaborative UX & Design leader passionate about mentoring teams, shaping strategy, and creating seamless user experiences? We’re looking for a UX & Design Manager to inspire, optimise processes, and drive outcomes.

Your influential mission. You will…

  • Set a clear UX vision and best practices.
  • Build strong relationships with product, engineering, and stakeholders.
  • Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and supportive team culture.
  • Coach and develop a high-performing UX team.
  • Improve UX processes and ways of working.
  • Ensure hiring and team growth align with business needs.
  • Align UX strategy with business and product goals.
  • Leverage user research, usability testing, and data insights to shape and improve user experiences.
  • Ensure UX consistency and best practices across all products.
  • Balance speed and quality in design delivery.
  • Track UX success through feedback and data.

Qualifications

Components for success. You…

  • Demonstrate experience leading UX teams , coaching, and mentoring designers.
  • Utilise strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across teams.
  • Maintain a supportive and positive attitude, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Possess a strong understanding of UX principles, research , and usability.
  • Are proficient in Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, and other design tools.
  • Apply experience using data and user insight s to drive design decisions
  • Optimise and continuously improve design workflows for efficiency and quality.
  • Exhibit strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics , ensuring visually polished designs.
  • Have the ability to prioritise and balance multiple projects , delivering high-impact results.
  • Work closely with product and engineering teams to align UX with development needs.
  • Possess a deep understanding of software development processes and seamless integration of design assets.

  • Understanding of front-end technologies and accessibility.
  • A degree in design or a relevant field (preferred but not required).
