We are looking for an Implementations Consultant to join our team based at our Ruddington HQ in Nottinghamshire. Within this team you will be responsible for installing and deploying Ideagen’s software products to our global customers.

Responsibilities:

• You will be Installing, upgrading and deploying Ideagen software products
• You will have responsibility to document deployment to provide information to the service delivery teams and to support other team
• Working closely with the project management teams, you will ensure smooth delivery of Ideagen projects
• Working with the development teams where necessary to identify and resolve issues
• Work with Security Operations and Information Security teams to develop and maintain documentation to support sales and audit activities
• Effectively communicate technical requirements to technical an non-technical stakeholder’s.

Skills and Experience:

• Strong problem-solving skills and high attention to detail
• Excellent organisational skills and be able to effectively manage your own workload where priorities may change throughout the day
• Experience building PowerShell scripts
• Exposure to ITIL concepts and adoption.
• Exposure to Cloud Services such as Amazon AWS and Microsoft Azure
