A global events company is seeking a relationship manager to drive engagement and attendance across its B2B event portfolio. This role focuses on building targeted audiences, ensuring demographic alignment, and supporting sales and revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute audience acquisition strategies, leveraging multiple platforms and outreach channels.
• Build and maintain relationships with key executives to ensure continued participation.
• Manage audience databases, ensuring accuracy and data optimization.
• Attend global events as needed, facilitating networking and enhancing attendee experience.
• Work cross-functionally with Content, Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to drive engagement and sponsorship fulfilment.
• Support sponsor-hosted meetings between top-tier attendees and partners.

Stakeholder Interactions

External:

• Engage with executives and VIP attendees to secure participation and build brand loyalty.
• Coordinate with sponsors and industry associations to optimize attendance.
• Liaise with database managers to enhance audience targeting.

Internal:

• Align audience strategies with Content and Marketing teams.
• Support Sales teams in identifying and engaging target audiences.
• Provide regular updates on campaign progress and market feedback.
