We are looking for operation manager who is enthusiastic and has great leadership and will be responsible for A few shops.

Job specification

-recruiting, training and supervising staff to run the shop smoothly

• maintaining financial records and overseeing pricing & stock control

• maximising profitability and setting sales targets, including motivation staff to do so

• dealing with customer queries and complaints

• ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation

• preparing promotional materials and displays
