Location: Bracknell, Arlington Square Office (3 Days a Week with option to work from home 2 days)

We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Business Support Coordinator to join our team in Bracknell. In this exciting role, you’ll have the opportunity to work across departments (Sales Operations, Marketing, Events, executive administration and beyond) and truly immerse yourself in the inner workings of a global technology company. You’ll work closely with senior leadership while cultivating a collaborative and positive work environment.

This is not just another admin role. It’s a launching pad to progress your career while gaining valuable exposure to numerous facets of the business. With a strong focus on PowerPoint, Word and Excel and top-notch organisational skills, you’ll be pivotal in keeping things running smoothly.

What You Will Be Doing:

As a Business Support Coordinator at Ivanti, you’ll play a critical role in keeping the business running smoothly by providing high-level support to our VP and wider teams. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Scheduling: Coordinate the VP’s calendar, arrange meetings, handle complex travel planning (flights, accommodation, ground transport, dinners), and process expenses with precision.
  • Meeting Coordination: Organise and manage Quarterly Business Reviews, All Hands Meetings/Events, and VP team meetings, ensuring alignment across stakeholders.
  • Actions Management: Take detailed notes in leadership meetings, track and distribute action items, and ensure timely follow-ups to maintain progress.
  • Presentation Preparation: Create polished, professional PowerPoint presentations that effectively communicate key messages.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with teams across the organisation–Sales Operations, Marketing, Finance, HR, and others–to drive coordinated outcomes.
  • Project Support: Take ownership of ad-hoc projects, programs, or initiatives and deliver them on time and to standard.
  • Onboarding Assistance: Support new hires during their onboarding process to ensure a smooth start and successful integration.
  • Process Improvement: Develop and implement efficient workflows to improve operations and collaboration.
  • Conflict Management: Address escalations and conflicts with professionalism and tact, ensuring resolutions align with company values.

Experience & Expertise:

  • Hands-on experience in an administration or business support role(s).
  • A flair for PowerPoint and Word to create stunning, professional documents and presentations.
  • Confidence in managing senior stakeholders and handling confidential information discreetly.
  • Some experience in project or event coordination is a plus!
