The Internal Talent Acquisition Partner is a key role within the Elements organisation, You will be responsible for hiring the top 1% of Talent to join our business as we continue to support some of the world’s most exciting companies. Your efforts will directly contribute to our growth and success, driving collaboration, knowledge sharing, and mentoring to empower those around you.
This role involves sourcing, attracting, and building pipelines of exceptional talent to join our business, and hiring Recruiters across all levels as we continue to expand our business globally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Internal Talent Acquisition team to identify, attract, and hire exceptional talent for Elements
- Build and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates across various domains to meet the business’s ongoing and future hiring needs.
- Conduct initial candidate screens to assess qualifications, fit, and potential alignment with Elements’ culture and values.
- Partner with Elements ELT to align hiring strategies with business objectives.
- Mentor and share knowledge with team members to promote best practices and elevate overall team performance.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics, ensuring transparency and continuous improvement in hiring processes.
- Partner with People team to ensure smooth handover for onboarding of new hires
