Resourcing and Delivery Lead - EMEA
Reports to: Global Head of Resourcing and Delivery
Your Purpose:
As the Resourcing and Delivery lead EMEA, you are responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of embedded client projects and enabling the growth of the business through proactive team and account management. Your focus is on driving operational excellence across a portfolio of client projects within EMEA, identifying opportunities for strengthening relationships and maximising the value of our partnerships.
As a senior leader, you ensure operational success through strong collaboration and effective project management, with a commercial focus. You generate new opportunities for the growth of Elements, and uphold our commitment to market-leading excellence in talent consultancy.
Accountabilities and Responsibilities
Account Management & Project Delivery
- Oversee a portfolio of partner projects, ensuring delivery excellence and strategic alignment.
- Act as a primary point of contact for partner stakeholders, managing relationships and identifying areas for growth.
- Maintain strong feedback loops across Elements and partner projects to enhance engagement and service delivery.
- Lead project discovery and setup, ensuring the right team structure, skillsets, and operational foundations are in place for success.
- Ensure effective project onboarding by clearly communicating our embedded model and ways of working.
- Anticipate and mitigate project risks while proactively providing solutions to challenges.
Stakeholder Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across all levels within partner organisations.
- Lead and oversee quarterly business reviews and retrospectives, ensuring stakeholders are aligned and engaged.
- Keep stakeholder maps up to date, ensuring visibility of key relationships and decision-makers.
- Participate in strategic hiring discussions, providing consultative insight to TA leadership.
- Capture and act upon stakeholder feedback to enhance team and project performance.
Commercial Growth & Business Expansion
- Continuously identify and drive commercial growth opportunities across existing partner projects.
- Conduct regular meetings to strengthen partnerships and explore avenues for expansion.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Elements, partnering with the GTM team to pitch our model and value proposition to new and existing partners.
- Consistently meet or exceed expansion, extension, and revenue growth targets.
Data-Driven Decision Making
- Leverage industry insights and market trends to inform business strategy and resourcing decisions.
- Utilise data to guide TA leaders on hiring strategies, workforce planning, and operational improvements.
Leadership & Team Development
- Lead multiple teams and projects, ensuring high engagement, performance, accountability and alignment with business goals.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, learning, and development within your teams.
- Provide mentorship and coaching to Talent Managers, supporting their professional growth.
- Act as an escalation point for team members and partners on delivery and performance.
- Collaborate with Talent Managers to identify growth and development opportunities for their teams.

Requirements
- You have at least 5 years of TA leadership experience (and ideally have managed Managers)
- You are well versed in using data to optimise the performance of TA teams
- You are a strategic leader who has influenced and defined TA strategy
- This is a remote role, but you must have flexibility to travel for client meetings
