Sherfield Oaks Golf Club is seeking a Food and Beverage assistant. The role involves working with customers, fellow staff, and management to ensure a smooth customer experience. The successful candidate will have a passion for excellent customer service and experience in a similar customer-facing role. At Get Golfing CIO, we are committed to supporting local communities and promoting the benefits of sports facilities, and the Front Of House role is an essential part of this mission.
Responsibilities
- Greeting customers with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
- Providing information and assistance to customers in person or the phone
- Fun and outgoing personality
- Great customer service skills
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts which will include weekends and evenings.
- Duties include serving customers, taking orders, clearing tables and cashing up and generally following the company procedures
- Communicating effectively with colleagues and management to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Maintaining clean and organized front-of-house areas.
Requirements
- A passion for excellent customer service.
- Proven customer-facing experience, preferably in the sports or hospitality industry.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Flexibility to work varying schedules, including nights and weekends.
- Knowledge of and passion for sports and related products/services.
- 18+ is prefered due to alcohol sales throughout the venue
