Now, we’re looking for a Mid-Market Account Executive to own the full sales cycle, drive
revenue growth, and help scale our sales team.
Role Overview
As a Mid-Market Account Executive at Portless, you’ll be responsible for selling our
fulfillment solution to high-growth eCommerce brands. You’ll own the sales process from
prospecting to closing, working with founders, operations leaders, and supply chain
managers to help them streamline logistics and scale efficiently.
This is a high-impact role where you’ll be both closing deals and shaping our sales motion
as we scale. If you love selling to eCommerce brands, thrive in fast-moving environments,

Key Responsibilities
Own the Full Sales Cycle
- Identify, engage, and close mid-market eCommerce brands (typically $5M-$50M in
revenue).
- Run consultative sales processes, educating brands on how Portless optimizes
fulfillment.

Conduct product demos, create custom proposals, and negotiate contracts.

Work closely with onboarding teams to ensure seamless implementation for new
customers.
Pipeline & Prospecting

Manage a mix of inbound leads and self-sourced outbound prospects.

Build relationships with founders, operations leaders, and supply chain teams at
high-growth eCommerce brands.

Leverage tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Apollo for outreach.

Partner with SDRs and marketing to refine messaging and improve lead generation.
Sales Execution & Strategy

Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management using HubSpot.

Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor movements, and market
challenges.
- Provide feedback to marketing and product teams to improve messaging and
product offerings.
- Help refine and optimize our sales playbook as we scale.
What We’re Looking For
Experience & Skills
- 2-5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably selling into eCommerce brands,
logistics, or supply chain.

Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales quotas.

Experience with mid-market deals ($30K-$150K ACV) and consultative sales
approaches.
- Strong communicator who can build relationships and simplify complex logistics
challenges.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.

Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and sales automation
platforms.
