Telesales Executive (Energy) - Hungry for Success? Join Our Thriving Team!

Location: Glasgow
Job Type: Full-time, permanent positions
Salary: £13 ph - Uncapped commission

Shifts: Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm

Responsibilities:

  • Upsell and cross-sell across all business lines.
  • Manage forecasting, pipeline, and accounts.
  • Recommend products that fit customer needs.
  • Present cost-saving and eco-friendly energy solutions.
  • Build strong customer relationships and handle inquiries.
  • Close sales and meet/exceed targets and KIP’s.
  • Keep accurate records and follow up on leads.

Do you have the following?

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management.
  • Motivation and drive to achieve sales targets.
  • Problem-solving and objection handling skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to upsell and cross-sell across all lines of business (preferred).
