Brewhemia - Edinburgh’s largest restaurant and bar, hosting 7 unique bars across two floors with three dining spaces, are on the lookout for experienced Senior CDPs to join this highly successful team.

• A team player with plenty of energy and stamina that thrives working as part of a close knit kitchen team
• Experience working in a busy, fresh food kitchen is essential

The Role;

• Assisting the Head Chef & Sous Chefs in the general day to day running of the kitchens
• Maintaining kitchen standards
• Consistently delivering high quality dishes
• Support with training and developing the kitchen team
• Being involved in the innovation of new dishes

The requirements:

• Minimum 3 years prior experience working in a commercial restaurant kitchen.
• The ability to work under pressure in a high volume, high standard food operation.
• Excellent and consistent standard of work, and personal presentation.
• Must be available to work weekends
