Starting Salary: £27, 000 and then £28,500 when Monthly target is achieved + MASSIVE GENEROUS COMMISSIONS

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Life Cover Sales Consultants. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling life cover policies to clients, ensuring they have the protection they need for themselves and their loved ones.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential clients to understand their insurance needs and provide suitable life cover solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and ensure satisfaction with our services.
• Utilize effective sales techniques to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to provide accurate information and advice to clients.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize sales strategies and achieve collective goals.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Self-motivated with a desire to succeed.
