Job Title: Recruitment and Training Consultant - Franchise

Responsibilities:
- Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the recruitment and training sector.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Training Coordination: Collaborate with training teams to ensure seamless delivery of training programs to clients.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Franchise Key Features:
- White Label Franchise: Personalised branding and website with incorporation of Job Bank Recruitment Network Software, enabling agencies to conduct both online and permanent recruitment.
- Comprehensive Tools: Job Bank provides all necessary tools to begin, including a laptop, Microsoft Office, business cards, and online marketing materials.
- Training and Support: Initial training and launch facility for franchisees, followed by ongoing support.
- Revenue Potential: Potential billings of £20,000 - £100,000 in the first year, with established franchises expected to achieve annual sales revenues of at least £250,000.
- Additional Opportunities: Develop income within CV development or improvement, and train candidates in job search and interview techniques.

Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 1 years in sales, recruitment or training services.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Attributes: Self motivated, goal oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
