The opportunity.
The Quantexa Academy offers comprehensive training designed to empower Customers and Partners in deploying, customizing, and utilizing the Quantexa Platform. Our goal is to support them in becoming self-sufficient and confident users of our solution. We provide certification programs, end-user training and resources, Community content, as well as instructor-led workshops and bootcamps.
We are looking for a Learning Experience Manager with practical experience in leading design teams that create technical training content. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in instructional design and essential skills to help the Team perform effectively in a dynamic startup environment.
What you will be doing.
- Manage a team of Learning Designers and Technical Instructional Designers delivering training and enablement for Quantexa’s Customers and Partners
- Manage end-to-end lifecycles of multiple training programs (from analysis to implementation, updates, localisation, reporting)
- Oversee several projects at once, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality, effective, and accurate content
- Pro-actively remove obstacles affecting Team members’ ability to complete their tasks
- Build and maintain good relations with internal SMEs and stakeholders to ensure their collaboration with the Team
- Ensure consistent quality of the Team’s deliverables and their compliance with the principles of instructional design and best practice
- Stay updated with the latest trends in digital learning to bring innovation and continuous improvement to the Team’s operations
- Ensure alignment with and contribute to the development of the Quantexa Academy’s strategy
- Build a culture of innovation, continuous improvement and user-centricity
- Support Team members’ professional development, well-being and work-life balance
- Act as an SME as needed (Learning Designer / Instructional Designer / Reviewer) carrying out a range of design tasks to support project execution
Requirements
What you will bring.
- Experience in managing eLearning development / creative teams
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to work on multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities
- Experience in SME engagement in a dynamic corporate environment
- Strong understanding of learning theories, instructional design principles, and digital learning design
- Strong understanding of diverse design aspects: graphic design, usability, accessibility, media design
- Experience in using technology for content creation and individual productivity enhancement
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly and concisely
- Power skills: influence, adaptability, leadership, and critical thinking
Nice to have.
- Experience in developing technical training content. Relevant domains: FinTech, analytics, data science & engineering, software development, ML, LLMs, SaaS, etc.
- Strong editorial / copywriting skills
- Experience in eLearning content localisation
