In this role, we are looking for a Learning Professional with excellent organisational and communication skills, solid attention to detail as well as a proven background in leadership and learning.
The successful candidate will have in depth knowledge of learning and development processes and procedures, including but not limited to talent management, and be able to partner effectively and drive influence through the business. As the Management and Leadership Development Manager you will have the capability and confidence to interface effectively with senior leaders and multiple stakeholders, both face to face and across geographies.
This role will be crucial to the growth and success of Sky and our managers and leaders.
What You’ll Do:
- End-to-end management of manager and leader training programs, including planning, executing, evaluating, and analysing training initiatives.
- Take a data-driven approach to understanding learning needs, identifying gaps in existing content
- Identify and align individual leadership development plans and build a catalogue of learning content according to business needs.
- Facilitate delivery of learning interventions.
- Provide coaching and feedback on leadership-related topics, working with leaders both in 1:1s and facilitated workshops to identify development opportunities in leadership, coaching, and management skills.
- Partner with different stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve the quality of training and coaching, and gather customer feedback on key network training initiatives

- Deep expertise in management and leadership development, with a proven track record of coaching and managing complex projects.
- Demonstrates a customer-first mindset, delivering exceptional learning experiences and results without compromising efficiency.
- Ability to work at pace in a rapidly changing environment, effectively managing stakeholders and building relationships across the organization.
- Clear communicator, adept at problem-solving and operating in a matrix, international environment
