Position Overview:
We are looking for a passionate individual to join our team as an L&D Manager. You will ideally have come from a recruitment background having worked in an agency environment before. You will take this experience and be able to advise our clients as to where they will elevate their L&D functions to the next level. Do not worry if you feel you only tick 80% of the boxes. If you are proactive, love learning, and crave a balance of challenging and fulfilling work, we want you!
Duties:
- Researching, create and organise new ideas and principals
- Advise on Recruitment specific L&D content
- Creating Masterclasses around structured topics
- Create new and innovative technology-led solutions
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback
- Monitor industry trends to ensure training content remains current and relevant

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £30,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
