Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to lead outbound sales and drive business expansion, in the realm of multilingual data solutions and advanced technologies like ML, NLP, GenAI, and LLMs. The role requires you to be a self started and have expertise in prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Implement outbound strategies to generate new business through cold calling, emailing, networking, and CRM insights.
- New Business Acquisition: Manage the full sales cycle–from initial outreach to closing–focusing on driving new enterprise partnerships.
- Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior leadership to align sales efforts with business goals and identify new growth opportunities.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with prospects and industry leaders through networking and attending key events.
- Pipeline Management: Manage and report on the sales pipeline, ensuring targets are met and opportunities are maximized.
- Cross-team Collaboration: Work with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and retention.
- Partnership Management: work on partnerships with CRO
Qualifications:

- Proven success in generating leads and closing deals.
- Expertise in outbound sales strategies, including cold outreach and networking.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with a data-driven approach.
- Familiarity with Localization, ML, NLP, and AI-driven solutions is highly desirable.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development or sales management roles.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management (CRM) systems, particularly Salesforce.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills with a results-oriented mindset.
- A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
