We are looking for a highly skilled ServiceNow SAM Pro Expert to join our team. If you have a passion for managing software assets, optimizing costs, and ensuring compliance , this role is for you!

• Manage and optimize software assets using ServiceNow SAM Pro to track licenses, control costs, and ensure compliance.
• Collaborate closely with IT, procurement, finance, and compliance teams to maintain accurate software asset records.
• Ensure software license compliance by monitoring usage, entitlements, and vendor agreements.
• Configure, administer, and optimize ServiceNow SAM Pro module to align with business needs.
• Create and customize ServiceNow reports, dashboards, and workflows related to software asset management.
• Work with ServiceNow ITSM modules (Asset Management, Incident Management, Change Management) and ensure alignment with ITIL processes.
• Support software license audits , ensuring accuracy in tracking entitlements and contracts.
• Identify risks, trends, and opportunities in software asset management to enhance operational efficiency.
• Provide guidance and training to internal teams on SAM best practices and ServiceNow functionality.

Required Skills & Qualifications

✔ 8-10 years of experience in Software Asset Management (SAM) , with at least 3-5 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow SAM Pro.
✔ Proven experience in software license compliance, cost optimization, and SAM best practices.
✔ Strong understanding of ServiceNow ITSM modules and ITIL frameworks.
✔ Expertise in ServiceNow SAM Pro configuration, administration, and reporting.
✔ Proficiency in creating dashboards, reports, and automation workflows in ServiceNow.
✔ In-depth knowledge of software licensing models, vendor agreements, and compliance requirements.
✔ Familiarity with software license audits and entitlement management.
✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess software usage, risks, and cost-saving opportunities.
✔ Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across teams.

Preferred Qualifications

➕ ServiceNow Certified SAM Pro or other relevant ServiceNow certifications.
➕ ITIL Foundation certification is a plus.
➕ Experience with cloud-based software asset management is advantageous.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £65,000.00-£100,000.00 per year
