The Creative Team is responsible for the development and execution of a range of content for Hearst Networks EMEA. The team devise and deliver all the on-air and off-air campaigns, short form, branding and promos for Sky History, The History Channel international, Crime + Investigation, BLAZE our streaming services - History Play and C+I Play and our FAST channels - Mystery TV, Inside Crime, World War TV, Deal Masters and History Hunters.
This is a permanent position. This role will be hybrid, based in the London office 2 days each week, working across all brands.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the Design team in the creation of motion graphics for on-air promos, off-air creative campaigns, channel branding, digital content and all creative output across all channels as well as the Hearst Network master brand.
- Reversion design elements on promos and branding for our UK and EMEA territories.
- Work with Designers and Creatives on appropriate solutions for their creative concepts. The ability to work with and exchange ideas with other team members is essential whether one to one or participating in cross department creative sessions and brainstorms.
- Maintain an organised approach to your work, managing multiple tasks and delivering high volumes of on-air and off-air content with precision and care.
- Consistently deliver beautifully crafted work, demonstrating strong design layout skills, creativity and a genuine passion for design.

Minimum Requirements:
- Experience working in After Effects and 3rd party plug-ins, Photoshop and Illustrator.
- A knowledge of social media video, aspect ratios and safe zones.
- An awareness of art and design in the widest sense, with a keen interest in current trends.
- A knowledge of print and presentation design, e.g. PowerPoint.
- Good communication skills, happy to get involved in creative and marketing challenges.
- A portfolio/reel that demonstrates different motion design styles.
Desirable Requirements:
- Prior experience in broadcasting / advertising.
- Some knowledge of 3D software such as Cinema 4D or Blender.
- Some experience in creating templated graphics and .MOGRT files for streamlined motion design workflows and automation.
- Some knowledge of JavaScript.
- A Degree or the equivalent in Design.
