JOB SUMMARY:

As part of the Axians UK growth strategy, we are looking to appoint a Mergers & Acquisition Director.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To work the Axians UK MD and Development director on external growth strategies
• To build a pipeline of acquisition targets in line with this strategy
• To initiate and run due diligence
• Oversee the integration of any acquired business

Adhering to our strict process for acquisitions

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Demonstrable track record, in building, or running businesses ranging from £5m to £100m
• Experience of on or off boarding businesses (your own or otherwise)
• Deep understanding of the financial elements of running a business
• Experience of IT markets, including but not limited to Datacenters, Telecoms Infrastructure, Business Applications, CyberSecurity, Enterprise Networks, Service Provider Networks and Workplace Solutions.
