We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Engineer to join our clients team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in mechanical and electrical systems, with the ability to supervise maintenance activities and ensure optimal performance of equipment. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate maintenance tasks, ensuring adherence to safety standards and operational efficiency.
• Maintain and troubleshoot various mechanical and electrical systems, including logic controllers.
• Interpret schematics and technical drawings to facilitate repairs and installations.
• Perform welding tasks as necessary to support maintenance operations.
• Provide leadership and guidance to junior maintenance staff, fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report on the status of equipment performance.

Experience

• Proven experience in a maintenance engineering role, with strong mechanical knowledge and electrical expertise.
• Familiarity with supervising teams and managing maintenance schedules effectively.
• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly in English.
• Competence in reading and interpreting technical schematics is essential.
• A proactive attitude towards maintaining equipment reliability and safety standards is highly desirable.
