We Need

Are you a numbers enthusiast with a keen eye for detail? We have an opportunity for a part-time Accounts Support Administrator to join our team.

The Role

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Accounts Team
  • Supporting debtor control
  • Supporting creditor control
  • Supporting with preparation of weekly payment runs
  • Distributing remittance advices
  • Assisting with company credit card administration
  • Assisting with general queries and other ad hoc duties as required
  • Flexibility to provide Department cover

Background

  • AAT Level 1 or equivalent
  • Accounts: one year experience
  • Administrative: proven experience in an administrative role
  • Experience using Sage 50 Accounts or similar accounting software preferred
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Strong team player
  • Excellent numerical skills and strong attention to detail
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment

Your Opportunity

The role is a permanent, part time role with a competitive salary£25,000.00 to £27,000.00 pro rata and Company profit share scheme.

You would report to the Accounts Manager.

The office location is Redruth Cornwall. Hybrid working may be possible, following a period of training and probation although working in the office and close mentoring will be essential in the initial stages.
