Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee customer facing office. The hours are 4.5-5 hours per day 5 days per week, flexible start and finishing times which would suit anyone with children in school.

  • The perfect candidate will be proficient in various office tasks, possess strong organisational skills, and have a preferably background using accountancy software QuickBooks. (Training can be provided if used to using alternative software)

Duties:

  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks and provide clerical support
  • Handle phone calls and correspondence with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
  • Coordinate human resources functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
  • Maintain office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement
  • Utilise QuickBooks for financial record keeping and reporting
  • Communicate effectively with team members.
  • Organise work diary and workloads when required.

Skills:

  • Proficient in administrative tasks and office management

  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail

  • Experience in human resources functions

  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

  • Ability to supervise and manage a team effectively

  • Work on your own initiative and under time constraints

  • Competency in using QuickBooks for financial management

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.00-£15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 25 per week
