Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee customer facing office. The hours are 4.5-5 hours per day 5 days per week, flexible start and finishing times which would suit anyone with children in school.
- The perfect candidate will be proficient in various office tasks, possess strong organisational skills, and have a preferably background using accountancy software QuickBooks. (Training can be provided if used to using alternative software)
Duties:
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks and provide clerical support
- Handle phone calls and correspondence with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
- Coordinate human resources functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
- Maintain office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement
- Utilise QuickBooks for financial record keeping and reporting
- Communicate effectively with team members.
- Organise work diary and workloads when required.

Pay: £12.00-£15.00 per hour
