Office Manager

To assist the owner in the smooth running of a busy office.
Working Monday to Friday
Minimum 25 hours per week Full time is available 35 hours
Flexible working pattern to suit applicant
Duties include :
Basic book-keeping , sales and purchase ledger, credit control.
Answering the telephone dealing with tele-sales and customer enquiries
Managing orders, processing payment and organising distribution
Managing email enquiries and driving online sales
Great opportunity to work across all areas of the business and become included in all processes
Must have a passion for customer service and great attention to detail
An interesting and varied position working in a friendly relaxed environment
Must be able to work on their own at times
Full training will be given in all areas of the business
Qualifications:
Previous experience of working in an office required.
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and word preferred
Excellent communicator and well organised
A pleasant friendly telephone manner required
Some experience of internet retailing would be preferred
Working knowledge of social platforms could be beneficial
