We’re on a mission to increase our sales by 50% year on year, and to do that, we need to level up our marketing game so that more manufacturers across Yorkshire know who we are and how we can help them increase their profits!

WHAT YOU 'LL BE DOING (AKA YOUR SUPERPOWERS )

This isn’t just any sales and marketing role - you 'll be at the heart of our business growth, helping us connect with more manufacturers, create amazing content, and drive new opportunities. Every day will be different, exciting, and full of impact!

Sales & Client Engagement

  • Be the first point of contact for potential clients and handle inbound inquiries like a pro.
  • Make sales calls, book discovery meetings, and follow up with leads (yep, you’ll be the voice of Fluere!).
  • Attend networking events to build relationships and get Fluere in front of the right people.
  • With our guidance you will be working on and planning our client prospect journey.
  • Develop connections with manufacturing alliances & industry groups to generate leads.
  • Work closely with the Director to refine and drive our sales strategy.

Marketing & Content Creation

  • Own and manage our LinkedIn & social media presence–posting content, engaging with the community, and making sure we stay visible!
  • Help develop, create (with specialist, outside assistance) and maintain our new website
  • Create engaging marketing materials (brochures, flyers, presentations, videos - whatever it takes!).
  • Develop and implement email marketing campaigns that generate leads and build relationships.
  • Help maintain our existing Google Business profile to ensure potential clients can find us and boost our SEO
  • Put together a monthly newsletter to keep our clients engaged and showcase our success stories.
  • Assist with our marketing roadmap & strategy - we want your creative input help us put the plans in place!
  • Liaising with our marketing creation 3rd parties - graphic designers, photographers and videographers.
  • We have an outside ‘Marketing Advisor’ that provides us with strategy and you will be a core contributor to this.

CRM & Database Management

  • We have a fantastic, untapped CRM system that we need YOU to harness and utilise all elements of - you will become our CRM expert and will work with IT support to manage our brand-new CRM system (exciting, right?).
  • Set up automated marketing messages & content through our CRM system.
  • Keep the sales pipeline updated so we always know where each lead stands.
  • Maintain email marketing database and segment our audience for targeted campaigns.
  • Develop client case studies & testimonials that show off our impact.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

We’re not looking for someone who just ticks boxes - we want a go-getter, and someone who is ready to take this role and run with it!

Must-Haves:

✔ Marketing & Sales experience - B2B - 1-2 years minimum
✔ A passion for social media, content creation, and lead generation
Confidence on the phone & Zoom/Teams Calls (you’ll be talking to a lot of people!)
✔ Strong writing skills - you can craft engaging content and emails that convert!
Organisational skills that are second to none - you love a to-do list!
✔ Experience using Microsoft Office & Canva (extra points for video editing tools!)
✔ A proactive attitude - you bring ideas, energy, and solutions to the table.
Tech-savvy - you’re comfortable using CRMs, email marketing platforms, and social media scheduling tools.
A love for data & results - you understand the importance of measuring marketing success.
You’re adaptable and love learning - marketing is always changing, and so are we!
