Overview
We are seeking a driven Assistant Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support project management activities across various initiatives, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within scope. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, utilising your skills in content management systems, product management, and data analysis to drive successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate with team members to gather requirements and manage project documentation.
• Supervise on site teams, providing guidance and support to ensure effective collaboration.
• Conduct data analysis to inform decision-making and improve project processes.
• Implement cost control measures to maintain budget compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Always being pro-active with the ‘can do’ attitude.
• Able to attend and support in pre start meetings on site
• Able to liaise with client project managers
• Able to cost variations, manage & execute within project programme.
• Knowledge of how to set out as per construction drawings, for site teams to commence works.
• Submit monthly applications in relevance to works within calendar months

Experience

• 2+ years in construction with preferred project management experience
• Experience in excel using formulas
• Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex information effectively.
• Experience supervising teams and managing cross-functional collaboration.

Pay: £40,000.00 per year
