About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Door-to-Door Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in door-to-door sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to meet and exceed monthly sales targets. This role involves direct interaction with potential customers, presenting our Broadband services, and closing sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting door-to-door sales activities within assigned territories.
- Present, promote, and sell Broadband services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
- Analyse the territory/market’s potential, track sales, and status reports.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
- Continuously improve through feedback.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in door-to-door sales/Field Sales is a must.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and driven.
- A good closer with goals of exceeding targets every month.
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience’s needs.
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
Commission as stated below:
Option 1:
- Total Compensation: £ 60,000 - £70,000 per year (at 45 installs per month)
Commission Model:
- Target: 33 sales per month
- Gated at 85%
- Value-based commission
- We will throw in a Double Bubble
- Installation bonus (up to £1,750)
- Quarterly bonus (up to £1,000)
- Per Lead generation ( £10)
Option 2:
- Total Compensation: £ 60,000 - £70,000 per year (at 45 installations per month)
Commission Model:
- Target: 38 sales per month
- Gated at 85%
- Value-based commissions at 75% of the rates of Option 1
- Eligible if achieving 48 or more installations in the previous 3 months
- Double bubble
- Per Lead generation ( £10)
