Team/Role Overview

We are seeking an Agile Delivery Lead / Scrum Master to oversee the entire scrum process for the Strategic Ledger Development team. As our project grows in complexity and size, this role is critical in driving agile adoption, managing timelines and ensuring alignment between development teams and other stakeholders.

What you 'll do

• Maintain delivery efficiency, the successful candidate will run internal development defect triage calls, ensuring that outstanding issues are resolved promptly, do not accumulate and are planned in accordance with the release and testing calendar.
• Responsible for shaping and enforcing agile best practices across development teams, while maintaining efficiency and scalability.
• Lead internal change requests development and business calls across the projects, engage with Project Managers on risks, timelines and scope to track the requests to closure
• Responsible to engage with development teams for Capacity planning ahead of releases

What we 'll need from you

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across business and technical teams
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify business problems, recommend solutions, and deliver maximum business benefit within time and budget constraints
• Experience working in Agile methodology is a must
• Scrum master certification is desirable, but optional
• Experience working in Financial Services, Finance Technology preferred
