We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our vibrant team in a bustling restaurant environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional guest experiences by providing attentive service, ensuring food safety standards, and contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests promptly, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued.
• Take accurate food and drink orders while providing recommendations based on guest preferences.
• Ensure all food safety and hygiene standards are adhered to during food preparation and service.
• Deliver orders efficiently and check in with guests to ensure satisfaction throughout their meal.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer service.
• Assist in the preparation of food items as needed, adhering to culinary standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and communicate any special requests or dietary restrictions.
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales.

Experience

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred but not essential; we welcome those eager to learn.
• Familiarity with food safety practices and basic culinary skills will be advantageous.
• Strong guest service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanour.
• Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A team player who thrives on collaboration and contributes positively to the workplace culture.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract

Pay: £12.10-£12.17 per hour
