The role

• Assist in food preparation and work well along side the Sous & Head chef.
• Confidently run a section of the kitchen without supervision.
• Assist with menu development and pricing dishes.
• Help to manage junior kitchen staff by providing education and leadership.
• Assist with ordering and managing supplies to the demand of the business.
• A passion for cooking and willingness to learn new skills within the culinary field.
• Ensure the kitchen is in a hygienic and clean condition at all times implementing HACCP principles.
• Excellent time keeping is required and working extra hours at busy times maybe required.
