We are looking for a junior sous chef to join our experienced kitchen team , Candidates must want to produce Fine Dining and Pub food Dishes, so a good culinary repertoire will help as most dishes are prepared in house. Experience in high volume services would also be useful during busier periods and to have a keen interest in food to help create and produce imaginative dishes with our kitchen Team.

You will be expected to work a mixture of straight and Split shifts, 5 days a week . Meals are included when at work and you will get an equal share of tips and the end of each shift.

The Pub is a family Run Business who try to be as considerate as much as we can towards all our staff and Customers. We aim to produce a level of service and food which exceeds your average pub. We source much of our produce locally and change our menus Regularly through the seasons

We can be Flexible with days off and Holidays, but we do ask for Holidays to be taken either side of the Main Summer Break. You will also get Christmas day and a few days after off. if you have any questions at all just drop us an email or a call and we will get back to you asap
