The role of Junior Sous Chef:
- Cooking seasonal classic European cuisine, using quality fresh ingredients, and ensuring the highest standards of food quality, taste, and presentation.
- Support with busy services, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
- Be an integral part of the wider kitchen management team.
- Training, development and supervision of junior Chefs within the team.
- Working as part of a professional team within a highly organised, well-equipped kitchen.
What w e’re looking for in a Junior Sous Chef:
- Previous experience as a Junior Sous or Senior Chef De Partie within a similar kitchen environment and/or hospitality setting.
- A good knowledge of classical techniques as well as excellent product knowledge.
- Proficient in Food Safety and Health & Safety legislation.
- Good communicator and able to communicate effectively with all departments in the spirit of the company values.
- Able to lead positively and promote a sense of collaboration and professionalism.
- Has the Right to Work in the UK.
