Who We Are Looking For:

• A minimum of 3 years of recruitment, sales, and account management experience.
• Demonstrated stability, with at least 3 years of employment with one employer.
• Highly motivated individuals who are confident communicators and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

The Role:

As a Recruitment Account Manager, you will be instrumental in both recruitment and client management. Your responsibilities will include sourcing top talent, overseeing candidate placements, and ensuring outstanding service delivery for our clients.

This role involves handling client enquiries, building strong relationships, and proactively checking in to support their recruitment needs. You will be managing profitable, established client accounts with whom Rubix has long-standing relationships. While you will be expected to maximise opportunities within these accounts, there is no requirement for extensive business development.
