The Crooklands Hotel is an independent, family run hotel ideally located close to J36 of the M6 between the Yorkshire dales and the Lake District and close to Kirkby Lonsdale. A role for a part time receptionist has become available. Working 3 days a week including 1 day at weekend. The shifts are a mix of 7am-2/3pm and 2/3pm-10pm to attend to customers’ needs providing a friendly and efficient service at all times.

Your responsibilities;

• Greeting and checking-in and out guests with a positive welcome and ever important first impression
• Making room and restaurant reservations and responding to customer queries either face to face, by telephone or online in a timely and considerate manner.
• Take and look after function suite bookings, produce function sheets and distribute to the relevant departments.

Full training is given and the opportunity to progress through the company is available to those who want to develop themselves further. Although experience isn’t necessarily required, this would be beneficial. Applicants must be computer literate.

The position is available for an immediate start.

Pay: From £12.30 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 22 per week
