We are currently looking for an Events Coordinator to join our team at Bullitt hotel.

From workshops to weddings, meetings to markets and boardrooms to book clubs, we host 'em all at Bullitt!

What you’ll do…
- Supporting the events manager, you’ll be the go-to person for all things events, meetings, markets, pop-ups and soirees!
- From the first enquiry to the final goodbye, you’ll make sure every event is planned to perfection and executed without a hitch.
- Be the first point of contact for event enquiries–friendly, fast, and full of solutions.
- Answer emails, calls, and online requests like a pro, sending out slick, detailed proposals.
- Sell our spaces and packages like a boss, tracking all sales and revenue activity.
- Follow up on leads and potential bookings–because no opportunity should slip through the net.
- Keep guest queries in check, making bookings and logging all details in our system.
- Work with every hotel department to make sure events run smoother than a well-poured pint.
- Host site visits, show off our spaces, and make guests feel at home.
- Produce top-tier event sheets and get final sign-off from clients.
- Welcome guests with a big smile and all the attention they deserve.
- Be on hand during events, handling last-minute requests like a champ.
- Sort payments, invoices, and all that finance jazz–accuracy is key.
- Gather feedback, learn from it, and always strive to make things better.
- Know our hotel inside out and upsell where you can–because more is more.
- Handle complaints with charm and efficiency, always aiming for happy guests.
- Keep learning, keep growing–training and personal development are part of the deal.
Looking for the perfect match…
- Someone with at least 1 years’ experience in event planning, who can make a quick impact in our team. Additional experience in hospitality, or a similar fast-paced environment is a bonus.
- A cool head under pressure–last-minute changes? No problem.
- Strong admin skills and a knack for keeping records in check.
- The flexibility to work some evenings and weekends when big events are on.
- A people person who is great at growing and nurturing long lasting relationships.
