Overview
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wines, and soft drinks.
- Maintain an organised bar area, ensuring cleanliness and adherence to food safety standards.
- Engage with guests to provide recommendations and answer any questions regarding the drink menu.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and drinks.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Stay updated on industry trends and new drink recipes to enhance the beverage menu.
Requirements
- Previous experience in bartending or a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices.
- Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods effectively.
- Basic maths skills for accurate cash handling and drink measurements.
- A passion for providing outstanding customer service and helping guests enjoy their experience.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Pay: £12.25-£15.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
